  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY?

    Refunds:

As with the vast majority of races, we can’t offer a refund unless you select refundable booking at checkout. Please see our participant Terms and Conditions for more information.

    Deferrals to future events:

Our deferral policy has had to change in order to sustain our small business going forward. We can no longer support deferrals to the following year. We have always tried our best to be flexible, however this now has to be balanced with finite resources and rising costs. To protect your race place from injury and other unforeseen circumstances, we now have optional refundable booking for 10% of your registration fee. If you choose not to take up this option, please do not ask us for a refund or deferral to another event as we will not be able to do this. Thank you for your understanding.

Change Your Distance / Transfer your place to another participant:

You can transfer your distance or transfer to another participant up to two before the event date. Simply log in to your registration and select the relevant option on the left-hand menu bar.

  • IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO COMPLETE THE RACE?

All riders in the Ride Reigate 100k and 50k Challenge have six hours to complete their ride from the departure of the last start wave. We expect the final participants to finish no later than 15:30 hours.  This equates to an average speed of 10 mph for those participating in the 100k Challenge to be able to complete the ride within the cut off time. There will be a sweep minibus following the route behind the last cyclist to offer support, assistance and advice if needed.

  • DO YOU HAVE A BAG DROP?

Yes there will a designated area inside that you can leave your bag at your own risk.

  • DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS / CHANGING AREA?

We do not have showers or changing areas at the event so please come ready to ride, but make use of that bag drop for a change afterwards!

  • ARE THERE ANY TOILETS?

Yes, there will be toilet facilities at the start/finish and at the rest stops on the 100K and 50K routes.

Please note there are no toilets on the 25K route.
